Whether you choose the innovation and entrepreneurship or the quantitative track, the two-year Master’s in Management at ESMT Berlin teaches you much more than just business.
One of the highlights of the ESMT Berlin MIM is the Social Impact Project: A five-week field-work during which you as a student act as an external consultant. You apply the business tools you acquired during your studies to working for an organization with specific social impact objectives, such as a non-profit organization, a CSR department, a social entrepreneurship venture, or a for-profit organization.
Some recent examples of Social Impact Projects:
- Supporting a plastic upcycling NGO in an Ugandan Refugee Camp
- Creating a sustainable business plan for a student scholarship fund NGO in Venezuela
- Consulting for a non-profit organization that advocates for and on behalf of women and children who are victims of gender-based violence in Saint Lucia
